Bean topping Ingredients 1 ½ cups cooked pinto bean 6 ounces of water ½ small onion, chopped 1 clove minced garlic 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 to 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1 small green chiles, chopped 1 tablespoon oil Directions
Bison topping Ingredients 1 ¼ pounds of Ground bison ½ small onion, chopped 2 cloves minced garlic 1 teaspoon ground cumin 11/2 teaspoon Salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons paprika 1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1 to 2 tablespoons water Directions
