I work as a speaker, consultant, and author—all on matters regarding healthy eating, particularly food-related knowledge. It's interactive; therefore, all cooking events with me will always be engaging, entertaining, and, for sure, motivating.
With over 18 years of experience in wellness cooking and speaking, and 20+ years in the finance industry—including retail banking, mortgage servicing, compliance, entrepreneurship, and project management—I bring a unique blend of expertise to my sessions. My work has been featured in renowned publications like Baldwin Magazine, Wellington Magazine, Sun-Sentinel, Palm Beach Post, and the Town-Crier. I’m honored to have been recognized in these prestigious platforms. I also have a background as a Nutrition Specialist, a Bachelor's degree with a minor in Hospitality Management, and a Master's degree in Communication to further my education. That means I get to combine nutritional science with effective communication, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply. My cooking sessions are designed to educate, engage, and inspire.
