Cooking with Dianne Morin 

Pecan Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS
2 cups pecan, grounded
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of brown sugar
 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Stir together ground pecan, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix in melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and side of your pie dish.
  2. Chill until you are ready to use.
