A go-to snack for busy days

These bars became a family favorite when Dianne's son Marcus was on his high school wrestling team.

Change the cereal, nut butter, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit to create a new flavor combination each time.

Dianne's kitchen tip

Press firmly

Firm pressure helps the bars hold together after baking.

Always let the bars cool before cutting, and use safe knife skills when chopping nuts or fruit.
